Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At FruitiPie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering only the finest quality mangoes to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as expected. This policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund, return, or exchange.

1. General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, returns and refunds are limited and are only accepted under specific, verifiable conditions. We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

2. Eligible Situations for Refund/Return/Exchange

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product or mango variety (e.g., ordered Chaunsa, received Sindhri).
  • The product was damaged upon arrival, including crushed, spoiled, or visibly decayed mangoes.
  • Packaging was torn or tampered, leading to product loss or spoilage.
  • The quantity was short compared to what you paid for (e.g., box marked 10KG but received significantly less).

All complaints must be supported with clear photo or video evidence taken immediately after unboxing.

3. Situations Not Covered

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Minor size, shape, or color variations (natural in organic fruit).
  • Differences in taste or ripeness level due to customer expectations.
  • Delay in reporting issues beyond 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products that have been partially consumed, stored improperly, or altered.
  • Incorrect delivery due to wrong address or contact details provided by the customer.

4. Reporting a Complaint

To report a complaint or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 0303 6660008 or 0313 6163888 within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
  3. Our team will investigate and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

If your request is approved, you may receive a:

  • Refund (via bank transfer or mobile wallet)
  • Replacement box (subject to availability)
  • Discount coupon for your next order

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or a method mutually agreed upon (e.g., bank account, Easypaisa, etc.).
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via direct bank or wallet transfer only.

6. Exchange Requests

If you receive a product that is in acceptable condition but wish to exchange it for another mango variety, we can only consider your request before dispatch, not after delivery. Exchange requests post-delivery are not entertained due to perishability and food safety.

7. Our Commitment

We work closely with our farm partners to maintain the highest quality standards. All mangoes are:

  • Hand-picked
  • Naturally ripened
  • Packed in ventilated, export-grade boxes

Still, we are happy to accommodate fair complaints and strive to resolve them quickly.
