1. What types of mangoes do you sell?

We offer a wide range of premium, seasonal mango varieties sourced from the best orchards in Sindh and Punjab. Our collection includes:

  • Sindhri – Early season, large-sized, aromatic
  • Chaunsa – Mid-season, sweet and juicy
  • White Chaunsa – Late-season, rich and creamy
  • Anwar Ratol – Small-sized, intensely sweet
  • Langra, Dussehri, and others — based on seasonal availability

Varieties are added and removed from the site as the season progresses.

2. How can I place an order?

Ordering is simple:

  2. Choose your mango variety and box size (5KG or 10KG)
  3. Fill in your shipping details
  4. Select your payment method
  5. Confirm your order — we’ll handle the rest!

3. Do you deliver to my city?

Yes! We offer nationwide delivery to all major cities and most remote areas of Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

Some rural or remote areas may require extra delivery time or additional shipping charges. You can always check with our support team before placing your order.

4. Can I send mangoes as a gift?

Absolutely! FruitiPie is perfect for gifting fresh mangoes to loved ones during the season. You can:

  • Enter the recipient’s name and address during checkout
  • Add a gift note or greeting message upon request

We’ll pack it with love and deliver it on your behalf.

5. How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Lahore: 1–2 business days
  • Major cities: 2–3 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–5 business days

We’ll share a tracking ID once your order is shipped and keep you updated.

6. How are mangoes packed?

All mangoes are:

  • Naturally ripened without chemicals
  • Hand-sorted for quality
  • Packed in ventilated, export-grade cartons
  • Protected with paper or padding to minimize damage

Our packaging is designed to preserve freshness during transport.

7. What are the payment options?

We offer multiple payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Mobile Wallets

Payment instructions are shared after order confirmation via WhatsApp or on the website during checkout.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update details.

9. What if my mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled?

We take great care in handling and delivery, but if your mangoes arrive in poor condition, you can:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos as proof
  • Receive a replacement, refund, or discount coupon, depending on the issue

10. How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number or live tracking link via WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment until it arrives at your door.
