1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver mangoes nationwide, including all major cities, towns, and selected remote areas in Pakistan. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your address, feel free to contact our support team before placing your order.
2. Dispatch Timeline
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours of verification. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are considered for dispatch the next working day.
During peak mango season (May–July), delays of 1–2 extra days may occur due to high volume. We always aim to keep you informed about your dispatch and delivery status via WhatsApp or SMS.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Lahore: 1–2 business days
- Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days
- Smaller towns or remote areas: 3–5 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary slightly due to weather conditions, road closures, public holidays, or logistics delays.
4. Delivery Charges
We strive to keep delivery affordable and transparent. Charges may vary based on the weight of your order and your location:

5. Packaging & Handling
We use export-quality ventilated boxes designed to:
- Preserve freshness during transit
- Minimize physical damage
- Allow airflow to prevent premature spoilage
Each order is double-checked before dispatch to ensure that mangoes are firm, ripened naturally, and packed with care.
6. Courier Partners
FruitiPie works with trusted courier companies that specialize in fragile/perishable items. We ensure timely handover and tracking of every package.
Once your order is shipped, we will:
- Share a tracking ID
- Provide live status updates (via WhatsApp or SMS)
- Assist with courier communication if delays occur
7. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The courier may attempt a second delivery.
- Orders may be held at a local courier office temporarily.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation or return.
Please ensure that your contact number is active and the delivery address is accurate.
8. Responsibility Disclaimer
While we do everything in our control to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party courier services
- Delivery refusal or unavailability at your address
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery
However, we will assist you in resolving delivery issues where possible.
