By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms. Any attempt to interfere with the functioning of the website or to misuse our services may result in legal action.

2. Product Availability

All mangoes and fruit products listed on FruitiPie.com are subject to seasonal availability. We do our best to maintain updated stock and availability status, but due to high demand and limited harvesting windows, certain varieties may become unavailable at short notice.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order and may cancel or adjust orders based on availability.

3. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

When you place an order with FruitiPie, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. However, this does not signify our final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • Unavailability of stock
  • Incomplete or invalid shipping details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is placed, the price will remain fixed for that particular transaction.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Mobile Wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.)

All payments must be completed before or at the time of delivery. In case of online payment failure, your order may be put on hold or canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

FruitiPie uses third-party courier services to deliver orders across Pakistan. We strive to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and aim for delivery within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Load on courier partners
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Once the parcel leaves our dispatch center, we are not responsible for courier delays. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with our delivery partners.

6. Product Quality

We aim to deliver fresh, export-quality mangoes that are handpicked, naturally ripened, and safely packed. However, as mangoes are perishable and vary by season, minor differences in size, shape, sweetness, or texture may occur. These variations are natural and do not qualify as product defects.

We are not liable for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Orders may be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled or changed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FruitiPie.com — including images, logos, product descriptions, designs, and text — is the intellectual property of FruitiPie and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
  • Use our platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website’s infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in legal action and suspension of your access to the site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
